3. Payment
All services rendered by Cypress Video LLC require a fee. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Rights and Ownership
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Cypress Video LLC retains the right to use any video produced for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
Clients retain the right to use the videos produced for their specified purposes, as defined in our service agreement.
5. Feedback & Revisions
Upon delivering a video for review, clients have the opportunity to provide feedback. We commit to making necessary adjustments to ensure 100% satisfaction. However, excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope might incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to the time of cancellation will be billed. Refund policies, if any, will be specified in the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible service, Cypress Video LLC is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the time of termination will be due in full.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
